This site is run by Thought2Creations LLC. It describes an app that is not yet available. Features and prices described here are planned and may change before launch.

Price.

Planned price at launch: $1.99/month in the U.S., billed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically every month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. A subscription is required to use the app's features, except the Free government resources section. Prices outside the U.S. may differ and are shown before you buy.

Information only.

Ranks & Ratios provides general educational information and estimates only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or benefits advice, and Thought2Creations LLC is not an investment adviser, financial planner, or broker. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or allocate any investment, including Thrift Savings Plan funds. Talk to your installation's financial readiness or personal financial management office, or a qualified professional, before making decisions.

Accuracy.

Rate and rule descriptions on this site come from publicly released U.S. government sources (DFAS, DTMO, GSA and TSP.gov). Rates change and your actual pay and allowances depend on your orders, the Joint Travel Regulations, and your finance office. Your Leave and Earnings Statement and your finance office are the sources to rely on. We don't guarantee accuracy or completeness. If this site and a government source differ, the government source controls.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense (also called the Department of War); the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, or U.S. Space Force; the Army National Guard or Air National Guard; any reserve component; the U.S. Coast Guard or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; or any other government agency. Branch names are used only to describe who the app is for.

U.S. government material we describe is public and remains available from the government agencies that publish it.

We link to other websites, mostly U.S. government sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
