This policy covers the ranksandratios.com website and its email waitlist. The Ranks & Ratios app will have its own Privacy Policy, published here when the app launches.
Who we are.
This website is run by Thought2Creations LLC, P.O. Box 1043, Richlands, NC 28574, contact@thought2creations.com. We are the company responsible for your information.
What we collect.
The site has no forms and no accounts. If you email us, including to join the waitlist, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, and whatever you write.
How we use it.
We use it to answer you and, if you joined the waitlist, to email you about the app's launch. We don't sell or rent your information, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't use it for profiling.
Who else handles it.
Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Our hosting provider, Vercel, delivers this site. Like any web server, Vercel automatically processes basic request data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It uses this data to deliver and secure the site and keeps it for a limited time under its own policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts or fonts. Because we don't track you, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Waitlist.
If you email us to join the waitlist, we use your email address only to tell you when Ranks & Ratios is available. We'll send one launch announcement and then delete the waitlist within 30 days after launch. If we decide not to launch, we'll delete it within 30 days of that decision. You can ask to be removed sooner at any time by emailing contact@thought2creations.com.
Other messages.
If you email us for any other reason, such as a support question, we use your message only to reply and keep it for up to 24 months after our conversation ends, unless we need it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices and rights.
To leave the waitlist, or to ask us to see, correct, or delete what we have about you, email contact@thought2creations.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to appeal our decision. We'll respond within the time the law requires and won't treat you differently for using your rights.
Adults only.
Ranks & Ratios and this site are intended only for adults 18 and older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us information, email contact@thought2creations.com and we'll delete it.
Where we are.
We are based in the United States. Vercel delivers the site over a global network, so your request may be handled on servers outside your state or country.
Security.
The site uses HTTPS. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don't email us sensitive information such as your SSN, DoD ID, or bank details.
Links.
This site links to government websites such as gsa.gov. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
